In order to start a support session, click on the name of your GatesAir Support Engineer listed below, then download or run the small executable file on your computer. This will give your computer an encrypted connection with your Support Engineer.
During the session, you can send chat messages and request to send files to your Support Engineer. The STOP button automatically suspends screen sharing and entirely closes the session if you wish.
After the session is complete, you may take an exit survey asking you to enter a 1 - 5 rating of your session. When you submit your survey, you will receive notification that the BeyondTrust client has been completely uninstalled from your computer.
